Yes, subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

When will I be charged, and when will the box ship?

We are forecasting our first box to be available November 1. Boxes will be shipped by November 10 for customers who have registered their order by November 1. Thereafter, subscriptions will be charged the first of each month and shipped no later than the 15th, but usually before the 10th.
