Do We Accept Returns?
Currently, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at suzettewellingart@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
- We will assess the situation and either send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Processing Time for Issues
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
