Returns & Exchanges

At Suzette Welling Art, each piece is created with care, and your satisfaction is important to us.

Do We Accept Returns?

Currently, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at suzettewellingart@gmail.com.
  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.
  • We will assess the situation and either send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Processing Time for Issues

Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
